I specialize in bringing integrative, wellness solutions to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. With compassion and acceptance, I bring my experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field, and an expertise in yoga and mindfulness to help you create and sustain a full sense of well-being.
I received an M.S. degree in Mental Health Counseling from Manhattan College, am a Licensed Professional Counselor (NJ), and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (NY). Registered as a 200-hour yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, I completed my teacher training at NYC’s Sonic Yoga. I have also received advanced training in Yoga for Addiction and LifeForce Yoga®, an evidence-based yoga practice, designed specifically to treat mood-related imbalances such as anxiety and depression.

Talk therapy blended with breathing exercises, seated yoga postures, guided meditations, and other effective, evidence-based, mood regulating yoga practices to release and transform stress. You will come away from this session with increased sensory awareness and the tools to welcome ease into your life at any time. Leave feeling lighter and more balanced.
